    Hi Folks
This has been done before but the info all seems to be in separate threads! Hotel is booked, deposit paid etc. But over the last few months there has been a lot of info in several threads that I thought I should ask the hotel - naturally never wrote them down. Any other suggestions:

    Check in and out time
    Fillet cooked to order
Can I add items to BBQ next day - salad bar etc
Set up time for cake and flowers
Timing for 2nd day dj etc

Im sure there are much more important ones but just can't think!!

If you're doing speeches ask about whether the hotel provides a mic and about the timings of dinner-we did all ours before dinner during the drinks reception.
If you want the cake cut or parts kept clarify this in advance, also where it will be stored and who will have responsibility for it.
Access for the band/DJ and how and when they can get into the venue to set up.
Can you access the reception room the day before to add your own decor if necessary. How do they decorate the room and to what standard, and can you check this beforehand.
Check the accomodation booking if applicaable, we were caught out at a wedding once where the wedding bookings weren't looked after and the B&G 'rate' went arseways.
And special requests-dietary or whatever, make sure they know about this. My friend is coeliac and I was glad this was known by the venue before the day.
Will they provide food to any suppliers like photographers-ours sent out meals to ours so they could eat in the bar.

Get ALL of your questions answered in writing as well so there is no room for error.
