Adjust bills from 2 to 1 person

    I haven't yet paid any of my bills but since I'm now moved from my house, I want to get everything up to date before the next bill is issued. I didn't pay anything as the bills issued were for two people rather than for one. I had registered and also talked to customer service early last year but the bills were never adjusted.

    Is it possible to get my bills adjusted through PM here rather than me ringing up? I'm now in the UK so I'd prefer not to run up a big phone bill getting it sorted out.
