Hi guys. I'm a teenager looking for ideas on projects made mostly from wood. I wood like some ideas to make a few projects in my spare time and also make some money off of it. I would prefer big enough projects instead of small ones that are still relatively cheap to build.
    (Mainly outdoor projects) thanks.

Picnic Benches like the ones you see in parks, also swinging benches like this one https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/d5/07/9f/d5079f2cc3de1b059254759908dd5396.jpg

I've no idea how much money you would be able to make of these mind

With Spring approaching in a couple of months you could try making wooden planters, which are always popular with gardeners.
Bird breeding season will start in late February and Early March, so nest boxes might be something you could try too (although as you say, you may want a more challenging project than that!).
I reckon both of these would be good money-spinners though.

    Animal enclosures, dog houses etc

Even enclosures for rabbits, guinea pigs etc, although small, can contain a nice amount of work.

In the new Glas scheme there is 'headage' given for bird and bat boxes that are placed around the farm. A max of 15 of each. So I'm sure you would have a ready market if you supplied 'bundles'.
Maybe use it as a 'cash crop' to help fund larger projects!

I'm new here so I won't be posting links, but if its mainly outdoor stuff Ana Whites site has a good few projects and step by step instructions. you just have to ignore the typical American mom speak.
