NCT Inspector experience/qualification requirements

    Asking for a friend ,who is a very good mechanic, but no official certs etc..,
    what would he need to apply for a NCT tester, he will take any courses needed,
    and anyone know pay/hours or any other advice. thks

    Just needs to be a qualified mechanic.
