Can anyone help please
I have a Getaway II with the following problems
Shifter; the ball is only fired with enough power to reach the bumpers, shortly before this happened the kicker would fire another 4/5 times after the initial ball launch.

Memory; every time I power off and on the factory settings are reset, I have changed the batteries, but still the same problem.

I'd appreciate any help or advice please
