Quick question which you guys might be able to offer some ideas. Long story short, I recently won a civil case. The defendant does not have the funds to satisfy the judgement, owns no property, cars, etc that I know off. What are my options in recovering the debt?

    Thanks

Order 51A District Court Rules: Enforcement of Judgments

I doubt that you will manage to enforce judgment on your own. I would advise you to go to a solicitor. In any event, you will see the above link.
