Double coil in hot tank.

Hi my bungalow seems to have a double coil in the hot tank. It has the normal top outlet feeding the taps, a cold feed at the bottom and four pipes, a pair on each side. Heating is oil fired by a boiler in the garage. There are no controls fitted to separate the tank from the heating, when the water is heated the radiators…

So why four connections ?

Where are the other 2 pipes coming out the side going to? Solar? boiler stove/range?
