I might have my eye on something in Kerry at the min but would need it transported to Dublin. Anyone here know of a reasonable towing company that they have used previously or any other way of getting it transported? It's not fit to drive on the road but does drive

Try Lucas Transport. Based in Cork but seems to travel all over. Used him once, best price I could get for a tow from Cork - Galway. https://www.facebook.com/Lucas-Transport-826532780717000/?fref=ts

Thanks. Sent him a message yesterday, looking expensive, almost €400 :(

Is it somewhere a large transporter could get in and out of, and is it going somewhere a large transporter could get in and out of?

If it is, then CrosbieTranscar or McNamara Transport would do it for a damn sight less than €400.

Would vouch for McNamara transport as well. Some of the nicest people drive those trucks and they seem very efficient!
