Since we moved in almost a year ago, we have had to rely on the immersion for hot water.
Upstairs and downstairs rads heat perfectly, water timer which is in utility is set to manual.
Thermostat on tank set to 60C
I have trawelled through other similar posts but plumbing seems different to other posts.

I am assuming that it is probably some valve that needs to be opened or closed and would appreciate any help.

    Photos show whats in hotpress.

    1. There are 2 red taps underneath shelf on left of tank. One (yellow tag) is labelled full heating, no label on other.
    2. red valve at bottom of tank
3.Up above some of the shelves are 3 valves, Cold Water, Mains and Hot Water
    4. pump etc

I would be looking at the pump on the system link that feeds the hot water
If you unscrew the brass cover on the front of pump put a basin or towel under it some water will come from it and if you insert a screwdriver into opening you will fell if pumps running if it's not running with the screwdriver you can rotate the pump in there and it should work away.
This is after you confirm that there is power going to pump

In your pic the workings the pumps are in there
You need to follow the pipe from the hot water cylinder to whichever pump it goes to and then do as I described earlier.
If your no confident or able to do as described your going to have to call in someone.
If you post your location someone here might be near you and be able to help you out
