I was wondering if someone could help me with a radio fitting issue I'm having with the aerial adapter?

The two attached pics show the back of the new radio and the connector on the vehicle for the old radio. In the back of the new radio i was told to get the following(which is inserted in the photo):

    http://www.halfords.ie/technology/car-audio/stereo-fitting-accessories/halfords-aerial-adaptor-pc5-27

I'm confused as to what i need to connect the aerial to the radio, can anyone suggest what type of connector i need?

    Thanks

You plug the adapter into the cars aerial connector first then plug the aerial(with adapter attached) into the head unit, or at least that's my way of doing it. :)

Seeing as you have the adapter plugged into the head unit already just plug the aerial into the back of the adapter.

The connector on your aerial probably looks like this?
