I'm fed up of all the positivity and diets at 5/2 or whatever it is. I want your advice. Good bad pretend bad whatever from wherever. The words that inspired you to make a balls of your life or just make a tit of yourself. Or crazy stuff that doesn't seem relevant until the day dawns and suddenly you know the truth of it.

only advice I remember getting from my dad..

Was sitting with my then girlfriend who was a fcuked up goth and dad walks in, looks at me, looks at her and looks back at me and says to me "you can do better". The comment was so out of character that I never forgot it.

Thought at the time he was being mean and giving sh1tty advice, but of course he was right.
