Recommendation for good step-through frame/bike

I'm looking for a recommendation for a good quality hybrid-style bike with a step-through frame.
It's for someone with limited hip flexibility. They all seem to be Dutch-style but they are pretty heavy and clunky.
Ideal would be a good hybrid with a really low bar - or something along those lines.

A Brompton or similar folder might be suitable?

Few womens hybrid bikes have a much lower horizontal bar, maybe look for one in a big enough size that will suit?

Something like a Specialized Vita step-through?

Would it not be possible to mount a normal bike in such a way that isn't limited by hip flexibility?

That looks like a good option. They don't give weight but it shouldn't be too bad as the frame is alu.
Getting a leg over a normal frame needs a lot of flexibility whichever way you do it (apart from putting the bike on its side every time)

What size are you looking for? I have a medium Kona Roundabout (step-through mixte frame) converted to drop bars for sale here in the cycling adverts section.

That's a very nice bike. Not suitable in this case though - will probably go for the Specialized Vita.
