Ask her out or not 😢

So I really like this girl but she's a few years older than me , I'm 20 she's 25. I use to work with her and we got in very well but I had a girlfriend at the time . She got a new job and called to see her one day and the other staff members jeered us a lot saying we must be together cause there's so much sexual tension . We laughed it off . But I recently heard she was getting jeered about me again and asked my friend do you think he fancys me ? . And got angry then when they said no way ! Should I ask her out 😨 and how 😠we go out with the same friends but I don't really like her friend so I find it awkward to talk when she's around . Also I've noticed when out she flirts with me and married guys and I don't get that ! Like she grabbed me to go to the bar and brought another guy with her too he was hotter so I just kinda went away but I didn't know he had a pregnant wife and is getting married . So I guess he's her work friend

There's no sense running her behaviour through your head and trying to analyse it.she might like you she might not, the only way to know is by asking her out.
It's always with a try if she says no, just be like no worries thought I'd ask, and it'll be no biggie, but if you don't ask you'll never know.

Does she flirt with married men or one time did she go to the bar with you and a man who happens to have a pregnant fiancé? You seem a bit unsure of yourself, which is perfectly normal at 20. You're second guessing everything. You're imagining scenarios that might not be happening. She might be just as equally unsure of herself. And that's why she's asking others if you like her. That's why she's awkward about being on her own in your company, and maybe why she went to the bar with you and the "safe bet" of a work colleague who has a pregnant partner. Maybe he was brought along to distract from any awkwardness, or awkward silences between you two....???

We could speculate all evening as to what she thinks/feels, what you imagine is happening etc. Reality is, unless you ask her out you'll forever be wondering.

Don't wait til you're out. Phone or message her and strike up a conversation and then ask her. Worst that happens is she says no, big deal! You'll be in the exact same position that you are now!

Just ask, dont sit there fantasising, dont mope, dont over analyse and over think. Just ask her out.

If she says yes then - giggidy - if she says no then you havent lost anything.

So yeah I'll ask her out ! Thanks . Told my friend this today and they weren't impressed said that they wouldn't go near her she's trouble , but my friend is married to someone who cheats on them all the time . I got the impression of you don't have my approval but it's my life
