Emails for replies to threads I follow

Is there anyway to stop recieveing emails for every reply on a thread I follow? Cheers.

Click here http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/profi...do=editoptions

Scroll down to "Default Thread Subscription Mode" and select do not follow from the drop down menu. Then scroll to the bottom and save changes.

For old ones you need to follow the instructions here.
