Is there anywhere in Dublin city centre that does these for a reasonable price (ie €35 as opposed to €50?) Also what's the difference between the two and which would you recommend? Thanks :)

I think you get what you pay for to be honest. If you're looking for somewhere to do them for 35 euro then I think you'll probably find someone doing them from home rather than in a salon. When they're done properly with decent material used, 50 sounds about right. (Product, wages for 1.5 hours, rent/overheads, profit)
So, bearing that in mind, somewhere in the city centre doing them very cheap would be ringing alarm bells.
