    Was advised to get either

Mizuno paradox ultima or brooks dyad.

Went for the brooks because they were in a shop close. Wanted to get the size right so didn't want to buy online. Found that both of these were hard to get in small shops.

Comfortable with the orthotic in but I don't do any running just walking. Hope that helps

A neutral shoe is generally the one to go for.

The reason why the Mizuno Ultima or Brooks Dyad come recommended is because of the stability of the platform (works as a foundation for the orthotic) and the volume in the toe box area. You still need to be fitted properly as orthotics shift the foot forwards and upwards in the shoes.

    Where you based OP?
