Stanley stove and stone fireplace

I'll be installing a Stanley stove into my home in the coming months and will be building a stone fireplace though I'm wanting to know how much space I need in my insert for the plumber to work so he can connect to the flue and pipes. I'd hate to build a fireplace only for the plumber not to be able to install it.

Another thing, does anyone know where'd be the cheapest place to buy a Stanley 25kw stove during the sales or a stove that's similar to a Stanley. It'll be for heating water, main room and 15rads.

Even thou I have 15 rads, I'll be installing a new kitchen and removing one large double rad and replacing it with 2smaller ones to match the output of the main, will I need a stove for 16 rads or will the 15 rad one do?

I was at a 21 party of my nephew lately in a bar and they had a beautiful enameled stanley against a stone surround. It should of looked great but the whole job was ruined by the two copper pipes that were brought out across the stone.
Anyhow, in thinking about your case, would it be possible to build the heart on the floor first, then fit the stove and afterwards build the stone surround. Just a thought?
