hi, trying to help the elderly folks out, west Kerry, battered by recent storms, tv is on the blink with a dish in use..."dvb-s no signal" from the Triax box. Signal is 61% Quality 0%. Reluctant to call out a service as its about 50km drive for the nearest provider. is this something that could be fixed with dish adjustment? seems like it's fairly solid but have limited knowledge in any of this. Any help greatly appreciated.

Built in signal meters are unreliable at best. I have seen good readings even when the dish was pointing to the ground. Another cause of a strong signal but no quality/picture is if the dish is pointing to the wrong satellite. You say the dish seems solid, is it possible it has turned a bit?
