Interestingly it appears that the individual items must be €40 and more and not the total amount. Still saved €12

or its the exclusions mentioned above

Yeah I was hoping to save 10% on Lego but it's excluded. Bought a couple of sets a few days ago with a different discount code that worked fine, but it's not working now either.

Just used the code to get 10% off 2 pairs of Skechers that were on sale even though they are listed as excluded from the discount code. It knocked an additional €11 off. Anyhow I just got the confirmation email so many thanks.
