Seemingly heathy man who has no risk factors (to the untrained eye) other than being stressed as he may be late for his train suddenly falls over like he was just shot.

Clearly running brings on near death in some causes and should be avoided as can be seen from this ad that is on TV at the moment.

I am not saying he is immune from such an illness but the ad seems to portray running as contributory reason for his downfall.

In a time were inactivity and poor lifestyle choices cause so many problems an ad like this message should not be so unclear.

Unless you're a running commuter, I don't see what relevance this has in this forum really. Medical advice is best sought from your doctor in each runner's case.

Would have been better for them to show someone just walking for a train if they wanted to get across the point of it potentially effecting anyone.

Showed the paramedics running up the stairs and they didn't keel over ;)

I think the message is clear that regardless of the cause being quick to react when someone drops to the ground may save a life. Sometimes we read too much into these things IMO.
