Surface pro 3/4 replacement

    Hello, I just got a new surface pro 3 for christmas, anyways it stopped working (couldn't adjust brightness, wouldn't lock properly, fan kept coming on etc) I sent it off to Microsoft for a replacement, they received it today (31/12/15) in Germany. Anyways has anyone had this done before. If so how long does it take, what is the condition and quality of the replacement device?
