    Hi All

Thoughts and comments on a double extension versus single extension.

Considering 40/45 m2 extension downstairs and possibility of doubling up and extending upstairs at same time or at least plan the single storey extension to allow for an upstairs to be added later (e.g. foundations now and other preparatory)

    Thanks

Id recommend doing the whole lot as 1 project............ie build the 2 storey extension in 1 go

Splitting it into 2 prjoects, is just going to cost you a lot more money in the long run
