Magnet down?

    Is Magnet or (NGA / VDSL from any provider including Eir) down for anyone else?
    Mine has been down since 20:12 last night possibly due to storm damage but the modem has remained Synced to the cab, but PPPoE is dead.

    Yeah their fibre service is down across the country. Logged a call at 8am, escalated to level 2. I called back just now and they confirmed its down nationwide. Eta for fix is an hour but apparently the eta was also an hour an hour ago !

    Ugh they called me back. Estimated fix time is now this afternoon.

    Down since 8:30PM last night, North County Dublin....

    Mailed them this morning to no response, friend around the corner is an Eircom customer and he is on same cabinet and he has no issues....

    Kids going mental with no Internet, I'm alright, I'm playing Fallout 4... :D

    Same here. Down since 8ish last night. I called tech support but heard the recorded message that they knew about the issue. If they call you again with any other updates you might post them here. Much appreciated!
