Áras an Uachtaráin - Israeli flag?

Just looking at the 6 o clock News there and it showed Áras an Uachtaráin, The Irish flag was flying centre over the door, the EU flag to the left and the Flag of Israel on the right. Any idea as to why this flag is flying?:confused:
