Sony tv android satellite guide.

I have a Sony tv kdl50w805 and want to find out how to setup the satellite guide to use gracenote. Can anyone help.

I assume you have wifi set up.
I have a sony smart tv I brought this year
And the way I do it is go to guide press options
Then go launch guide.

I don't have an option to lunch guide when I go into options. I have a new Sony android tv. I do have WiFi setup.

May be try this Edmond



Press the [HOME] button on your remote control
Goto "Settings"
Goto "System Settings"
Goto "General Set-up"
Change GUIDE Key Behaviour from "Launch Guide" to "Launch Guide and Search"

This will then change your EPG to the one supplied by Gracenote. Simply change the guide back to "Launch Guide" to set it back to orginal EPG.

No don't have that list of options they must be different on the android tv. There is no guide option is there any other way.

Have you tried the Sony website. Very helpful with Web chat option
