    Hi all
I am looking for some advice regarding water coming into our sunroom from the ceiling..
We were away all day and came home to a puddle on the floor. This happened last year also(sorry house is 4yr old) and we got the carpenter back as i thought there was a problem with the lead flashing. We have black windows and there was a movement gap between window and reveal so he siliconed all around. He said the flashing was ok....
I went up there now and climbed out onto the roof to see if anything obvious and straight away i seen the problem
There is a big gap in the lead right beside the window cill.
At this stage i have absolutely no confidence in the carpenter.
Any idea how to fix this lead?
