sony xperia E4 not connecting to home network

Hello. Got xperia e4 as Christmas present but I am having problem with wifi which keep dropping and when connected last 5 second. I can connect to others wifi no problem except at home. Only this mobile is the issue. Other mobile. Tablet computer are not having this isse. Can someone help . Thks
