Penalty points were due to be removed on 15th of December.
I thought I should have received notification.
    Have they stopped doing that?

My notice came around 3 weeks after the date had passed.

    Thanks lads.
I presume they'll be gone off my licence automatically anyway.
Although knowing my luck some error in the system will mean they never expired!:o

How do you know it was the 15th exactly they are to expire? Its usually a few weeks after the 3 year anniversary of you paying the fine that they will come off and a letter be issued.

    It's actually the 19th I meant.
    I have the letter.
It says points will remain on licence for a period of 3 years from 19th Dec 2012.
The offence was on the 29th Sept.
