    You have no other alternative providers?!

    I'd suggest moving. Those kind of hotel-style locked in systems should be illegal in apartments where people actually live as a home. Choice of telecommunication companies shouldn't be restricted by the developer.

    They're only acceptable in hotels, holiday accommodation / very short lets.

    If your issue definitely isnt wireless, move.

    If there is a wireless issue you need a 5Gz AP, dense dwellings do not suit 2.4Ghz(The standard) at all.
