Eir added mobile to bundle

    As title states eir decided to randomly add a mobile phone to my broadband without my consent. I rang them and they said they could see that the number has not been used. I'm wondering can I get out of my contract due to this as I'm sick to death of them they are the worst and most disorganized shower of b####### I have ever come accross.

    Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I'm moving house at the minute the last property was rented. If I ring and cancel and don't pay my final bill what will happen with debt collectors etc etc.
    BTW they tied me in to this contract like con men too. I got a letter stating I could upgrade to fibre for free without extending contract. Went into the store explained this to the man working there and he told me that it would not be extended that there would be a note on my account stating the letter was sent to me which it turns out was a lie.
    I can't find the letter now so don't have a leg to stand on. Any advice welcome
