Saloon for €3 - €4k

    Looking for a decent reliable saloon type car for €3k - €4k budget.

    Any recommendations?

    Happy with a petrol as my mileage would be low at the moment.

    I bought an 08 ford mondeo back in May for €5k and I still absolutely love it. Not hugely in the know about cars but it suits my needs perfectly. Very big boot and real spacious and comfy inside. Mine is a 1.6 petrol which I wasn't sure about having read reviews online but have to say it suits me fine. Mainly used for city driving and the odd trip west at weekends. Haven't had an ounce of trouble since I bought it except gave it a service and needed a couple of new tyres. If I had the chance again I would defo go for one again.

    Old shape avensis 1.6 (03-09) but cheaper tax pre July 08 (don't think you'd get 08 for €4K anyway but)
