I bought a phone from Amazon during the st Stephens day sales and now I don't know if I really want the phone or not.

What happens if I cancel the order. Will I lose money on the order.

If I receive the phone and send it back will they accept it back and if so will they refund the full cost of the phone.

Its likely you can cancel completely now as the item won't have been dispatched yet, just log in and check

You have 14 days from delivery to return items under distance selling regulations.

If I open the box and don't like the phone will they accept it back as return with a full refund as long as I send it back within 14 days.

Yes. But try cancelling the order first, immediately. Tomorrow is going to be back to normal for them and it could dispatch.

They'll accept it back, but as the return reason is down to a change of mind they reserve the right to deduct return postage costs from the refund on the order.

If it's big enough not to fit through the letter box you can just refuse delivery. I did this with a large item I realised I didn't need about 30 minutes after ordering it. Amazon wouldn't let me cancel so I ended up just doing this.

You'll lose a little money if you paid in sterling as you'll have already paid a little to convert currencies when purchasing, and you'll have to do the same when they issue a refund.
