    Will this work in any laptop. I have a seven year old dell inspiron 6400 laptop. And is it easy to install.

    I bought one to fit into a Dell 6400 as well - (my old laptop which I am giving to my wife). Bought this caddy http://www.ebay.com/itm/221038409970 to install it instead of the dvd drive - so I'll move the operating system to the SSD and use the original HDD for data storage. Hopefully it will speed the laptop up significantly.
