My better half is moving from three on account of bad coverage, upgraded to a samsung core from an older model and ever since no coverage at home.

They have promised her an unblock code in the next few days on payg.

My question is this as I do spend a lot of time outdoors and a waterproof phone would be perfect would Vodafone unlock it for me if we buy a no with phone as against sim only?
