Do you mean you want someone to build the building?

Do you have a design? Do you have planning permission? Going to an engineer may be the best option for both of these.

'Gunthering' (using non-professional staff to do the work) doesn't necessarily save costs and may, in fact, cost a lot more and will deliver a much poorer project.

What does "about 60 /40/15" mean? Are they dimensions in feet? Realise that you need to have the foundations built correctly - no use in digging them out before you have a design.

victor thanks for your reply the answer to your first question the site is on the side of hill so we need to dig out terrace out the side of the hill which then has to left sit for a couple months. I am over 16years driving diggers and my lads that will be putting it up all do it ever day of week. The size is feet we are applying for ppp but we are giving them more space first that they can use

That reminds me of a man that was doing up an office for a charity one time when he gave them his price they said do you know we are a charity? His reply was you might be a charity but I'm not :)

Do you have planning permission to alter ground levels?

How will the higher ground be retained?

In the middle of winter, isn't it all going to turn to muck?

They made attempt them self before but did understand what was involved in it the site is on rock. The rock face will be retained by a massive concrete wall with drain behind it the foundations will meter by meter, at it high point 2.5 meter

    Honestly, go get an engineer.

If there is rock, how do you expect to dig through it and why does it need a retaining wall (rock doesn't fall down by itself)?

The rock is shale which is a soft rock which can be ripped with a track digger, also they will be building in front of it so that way the wall do you have any experience in site work
