HTC desire 620 mobile data disconnected ??

    Hi all, I bught a HTC desire 620 and when I turn on my mobile data it doesn't work it says disconnected next to it all the time , anyone know any solution to this thanks

    you might need to manually type in your providers APN or with some networks you have to turn roaming on for data to work

    any luck with this issue? Have similar with my sons phone on Tesco network

    As Tesco uses the Three/o2 network, you will need to enable Data Roaming

    Have you checked whether the APN is set up on the phone

    just checked the Data roaming option, it was selected for National Roaming but didn't work

    changed it to ALL NETWORKS and its working now....

    why would this be?
