We bought a car from him last year.

No problems with the deal, he took a trade on our old car. Our car came "fully serviced" and all
    Import documentation done.

Recently had car serviced with my own mechanic and he said definitely car had gotten a good full service when bought.

    Car has been perfect.

Seems to work with Liam Bowhan car sales whom my brother has successfully dealt with too.

I'd happily go back to KC again and in fact was on the website this week having a look, stock level has increased since I was there.

Just on desktop and looked at that photo..

I'd want to be looking closely at the paintwork matching on that car, the bonnet/wing/bumper "appear" different shades which might indicate damage and respray work, I said appear as often colours don't photo well and in the flesh can look fine..

The car I purchased was a UK import, that looks like a car that's been traded in.

    Thanks for replies lads
@Brian,thanks for that,in one or 2 of the pics it looks a bit different but hopefully it's just the pics! Talked to him today and said there's a 2 month warranty on the engine, gearbox, and drivetrain so that seems good.
@chocksaway, gonna do a motorcheck on the car,and get one of those mechanic services to check over the car so hopefully be all good

Did you go ahead and buy? Considering buying from them also.

I went ahead and purchased and car is doing great 6 months later. The mileage matched with the Cartell report so felt confident that it was correct.

Main dealers aren't always that great either. A friend bought a 12 Focus from main dealer in Dublin around the same time and has had loads of bother with it. It has been back to the dealer at least 3 times for different issues. With cars there seems to be an element of luck involved!!

Not all UK imports have hidden pasts. Like any used car do proper background checks and you will find out what you need to know about them.

The same goes with dealers, not all dealers are poor or chancers irrespective of whether they are selling a brand or not.
