    Yes I suppose. At night especially. Something that would creat a good racket.

    German Pointers were bred to hunt and look after the house when the master was away and do a dam good job of it. There is a few others that would do the job but the GPs are fairly easy got

    How would a German Pointer fare as a dog for rough shooting.

    A wire haired german is what you want.look a lot meaner to a normal joe soap[or theif] and excellent rough shooting dog.

    Yep german pointer,great bark and very alert
