Setanta GO problems anyone?

    Just go this setanta go thingy which i thought would save me money.
    all the sports channels , looked an excellent idea yesterday!
    It simply does not work on my machine,!
    even though i have installed silverlight , have windows ten...mozilla...
    it generally seems very cool...untill i tried to connect.
    been trying to connect for hours and mght just have to admit defeat!
    anyone out there foolish enough (like me) to buy this online channel!

    some help appreciated.

    you are right there is a problem but I have the channels on satellite

    interesting. i just joined this morning hoping to watch a day of premier league.
    as far as i know i cannot use the new microsoft edge internet explorer as setanta go doesnt support it .
    but running mozilla. they dont seem to have technical support there either so im after spending 4 hours trying to fix it myself!
    aaaaa....
    seriously cheesed off!
