I have a few questions regarding NCT and what I need to have and what I do not.

    - Door panels, are they required? My window switches are not in the door panels
    - Floor carpet, is this required or can I leave it out if no wires are exposed

This is for import., not just NCT

it wont matter for import (VRT) I'd say. My guess is it wont matter for the NCT either so long as it is safe and the windows can be opened.

question, how about seats? do I need two of them or can I have one if I remote the seatbelt?

Well I can tell you that the driver's side window needs to be working.

You will get mixed answers regarding seats. Some say it depends on what is down on the logbook and others say it depends on how seat belts there are.

    No carpet should be fine.

It's for import, so there is no logbook yet.
Will they write only one seat at import if I dont have another seat?

I am planning to buy new sport seats but I dont have space to put two seats, so If I leave one in Holland I only have to put in one.

Otherwise I may need to sell both in Ireland.. not sure yet
The carpet I can leave out then because Im switching my interior from tan to black

A missing seat is not listed as a reason for failure so I see no reason why it shouldn't pass regardless of log book. It would be a different matter if you added a seat. Leave the seatbelt in place though.

Don't worry about missing carpet it doesn't interfere with pedals, steering, etc.
