I am going into fourth year next year and was wondering if anyone had any advice on the fourth year project? Things like when should I start planning it and how long should I spend on research etc. Thanks in advance!

Have you looked at past FYPs in the department? First step is a research proposal - send it to your supervisor.

You will find the college will have timelines set up so you will have some idea of what you should be doing
