Visiting Lough Mask and Party Mtns area - flooding situation

Hi everyone! Are staying in Tourmakeady from 28th dec to 4th jan with the family. Due to the heavy rainy weather during the last weeks I'm kind of insecure about the conditions in the area now.

We will arrive at DAA at 11pm and have to drive to our destination by night. Are there any roads to better be avoided in the dark?

Plan at L. Mask was to explore the area by car and do some hill walking in the Partrys. My wife booked a 2 hrs horse ride at Ashford Castle for new years eve. What is the situation now in Tourmakeady, Ashford, Cong and Ballinrobe? What about Lough Carra? Thanks a lot guys!

Everything is alright at the minute except for the road between Ballinrobe and The Neale which is still closed.

Although some of the smaller floods have been rising again in the last couple of days.

Thanks Stoolbend! Luckily that road ist not on the route when coming from Dublin, so should not affect our journey. Guess the western parts of the L. Mask are clear as they are on higher level?
