I started out with good intentions, having porridge with fruit and a cup of green tea for breakfast.

Then it all went downhill when I had a bag of chips after a feed of pints, then half a tube of Pringles, some nuts and a few crackers.

Now I've raging heartburn and I feel shoite.

So how much cr*p have you had today?
Or are you holding out til tomorrow?

Nuts are good for you and crackers are okay. You're not doing too bad OP :-) I find Pringles terribly addicting if I eat one or two of them. The can is usually empty in an hour

Had about 3 cups of Lemsip today and that's it. Throat feels like it's full of gravel and broken glass, don't want to eat.

Not much crap at all until a bowl of dry roast peanuts and a beer just now.

I did eat one of the biscuits we made to leave near the chimney for Santa - there are three on the plate and I'll eat them just before going to bed.

Tea for breakfast, small plate of chicken, potato and rice for lunch. Slept from 4 to 9pm (jetlag). Then two plates of biryani rice of chicken with green tea. Off to attack the Milk Tray before bed!
