So they've decided to build a prison where the guards are backed up by moats full of crocodiles & piranhas, it this a good idea or what?

Apparently, people all over the country are donating their spare crocodiles & piranhas for the project.

Indonesia's anti-drugs agency is proposing to build a jail that will be surrounded by moats stocked with crocodiles and piranhas.
In November 2015, Indonesia bowed to international pressure and put a temporary halt on executing death row prisoners, so alternatives were sought by the authorities.

Will the piranhas not eat the crocodiles and then die from crocodile skin poisoning and thus the prisoners will just swim away ??

There is a prison in Peru or somewhere guarded by geese. It would work well as an alert. They are noisy and super agRo.

Sounds like it was built to stop James Bond from escaping?

Can we not just feed the dealers and their customers to the crocs and piranhas and save a load of cash on prison costs in the process?

Just be sure not to overfeed them, we don't want them to get indigestion!

The plans look a little sketchy. Not that they'd show every corridor and service tunnel mind you! But It's like a section of a theme park map.

You could have the court in the prison, with the accused standing over the trap door to the moat. Minimal costs/labor, the judge can have white cat on her lap .....

What could go wrong with using non-indigenous species like this to guard a jail?

Anyone who has a few "spare crocodiles & piranhas" is a likely future resident of this prison I would imagine.
