    Hey all,

I finished secondary school, and I'm doing a course now... I'm 18 years of age. I have no friends as I moved schools, and I only got one guys phone number and I don't want to be bothering him..

Anyway, I see all the super cars going around, but where do they hang out? do they street race? well not street race, but you know what I mean, they all go drive with each other or something..

I'm not good at social skills either, I have Asperger syndrome.

Anyway, I'm thinking of becoming the most noticed/best driver and well known racer/driver in County Galway.

Anyone have advice on how to make racer friends? such as I was thinking just following them and when they stop at a gas station, I pull up to them, wind down my window and say something like 'yo, nice ride'...etc...

Also, saab is my choice, and I have not even seen a supercar saab so

Do not attempt to race on the roads. Don't do stupid sh1t to impress people you don't even know. If you want to meet like minded people, join a club you are interested in, be it sports or something else.

Saabs are rubbish by the way.;):pac:

Oh jaysus, not this again, your other threads must have been locked for a reason.

I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are in dire straits going on the number of times you've posted this same question.

The reason to get a nice car is because you like cars. If you're doing it just to make friends, it's a very expensive way to do it with no guarantee of it working. Do you really want friends who just like you because of your car?

I would suggest doing some voluntary work, it's a great way of getting to know people and you can help others at the same time,
do some travelling, it will make you interesting, and you'll met some great people along the way.
A car could be a millstone and your neck, preventing you from doing things that might make you happy.
Maybe do an evening class in your spare time.
    Go on dates.

You don't need a car to make friends, you just need to get out of your comfort zone, stop comparing yourself to other people and be nice to the people you meet.

If you are just another troll then ignore the above.

I never see super cars on the road. Only sh*t passats and civics with silly spoilers and stickers and the odd 1997 glanza with bodywork worse than a busted piñata

if you are on the level OP,(and I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt because of the Aspergers thing) then find out where the guys hang out, pull up, wander over and talk bull**** about cars. That should work, all petrol heads do that.

Of course you need a car first and at 18 you won't be starting with a Saab

Fern, stop creating the same thread over and over. No more threads about this. Last warning.
