    This isn't the typical link you'll find in this forum but I thought it was interesting.

    Joe.ie did an interview with Dermot Morgan's son, Rob, during the year. He talks about Father Ted, Dermot behind the scenes and other stuff. It's a cool insight into Ireland's most beloved actor, personality and character - straight from his son's mouth.

    And I feel that way because I don’t see any edge to it, I don’t see any darkness to it. It’s just this ‘Music Hall,’ ‘willy jokes,’ complete lack of depth. It’s lower than the lowest common denominator. So for that reason I hate comedy like that.
