textra notification settings

    Whenever I receive a text on textra there is no notification or flashing light on my huawei phone
    I have to open the app to check
    How do I set it up?

    Have you gone into the Textra settings & set up your notifications?

    Sorted. Turned on allow app to push to notification panel
