Anyone have a phone number for Parcel Motel?

I ordered a pile of stuff to be delivered through Parcel Motel for Christmas and everything has arrived except for the first thing to be delivered to them. Coincidentally it's a box of speciality beers for Christmas dinner. They haven't responded to my queries and there's no phone number on their site. Anyone have one for them so I can vent my festive bile?

You've probably lost them. They don't allow the service be used for deliveries of alcohol I believe!

Yep its listed in the Terms and Conditions.

    Enjoy the dry Christmas ;)

Don't think they use a contact number anymore, you have to do it through their site via livechat or using a form.

That and I don't think they allow booze, probably drank it.

Correct, they don't accept either glass bottles or alcohol. They will have rejected the delivery and sent it back to the seller.

    You'll be lucky.

Charged my account four different times for the same amount last week and won't respond to my asking them why.

Good service when it works though.

Ah balls. I'd expect to have gotten notification that it had been rejected I that case, not a photo saying 'here's your parcel, it'll be with you soon!'

I'd have more faith in AC/DC delivering parcels than Nightline

At least you still have enough time to venture out to the offie to stock up!

    1890 321 890

    That's nightline's number.

Also, any chance you were having it delivered to Goatstown? https://parcelmotel.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/207210005-Fault-Notification-Goatstown-The-Goat

If you got the picture of the parcel it means they accepted it, so they should have it. If they had rejected it you wouldn't have gotten the picture.

No, I'm nowhere near the goat. They sent the picture all right. If they've had it for their Christmas party heads will roll. I've been on to the seller so hopefully they'll come back to me when they're back I. The office and I'll know if it's been sent back.

I bought a jumper for my son from uk and it was signed by parcel motel in Antrim on 18th December. I haven't heard a thing since. Can't get them by phone or email. Even rang Nightline but no joy. It's a designer jumper for my 16 yr old and he is convinced he'll be wearing it tomorrow. Anybody rate my chances of getting it today?????
