    I never said it was wrong. But we did vote it in first, they're taking the credit now saying they legalized it first.

    So in years to come, it will be the USA known as the first country to legalize same sex marriage, just because we had to have a referendum.

    It's not a race to be the first oh look at me, we were number one to do that. All that matters is we did.

    Out of the two they were first. It's been legal for years in Netherlands, UK etc

    Um, no it won't. The Netherlands did it in 2001.
