Plumbing Advice Please

We have a house in Hunterswood, and I think that the plumber who did this job was more than likely the worst plumber in Ireland. We have endless trouble with our Kitchen drain getting blocked, every few months I have to get up to my shoulder down into the gully to clean it out. We have a strainer on the sink to stop most of what gets rinsed off the dishes, but it still blocks up. There is no rodding eye at the top of the drain, and then the drain runs under the entire length of the house before getting to the gully at the back of the house - it's just ridiculous! The fall of the drain must be minimal, which causes it to block up over a few months. We have poured so much drain cleaner down the sink, but it just wont clear it, so I have to get my arm down it to clear it, & rod it with a slinky from the wrong side. Can anyone suggest a better solution?

Get a company in to clean it with a High Pressure Water Jetting Machine.
This will scrub it clean and remove residue deposits that helps the grease build up again so quickly.
Might also be an idea to have a camera run down it as well to see if there is some sort of an obstruction causing your problems.
